Add email notification to queues
Since it appears queues are the only way you can really assign a task to someone, it would be nice if I could attach notifications to queues when stuff happens similar to the categories. We have categories like "Website Support" "Order Tracking" and other things, but then from within there, I need to re-assign to individuals...

Email notifications are definitely on the list for queues improvements. We're hoping to wrap them up by this week or next week.
