Support setting cookies for subdomain.tenderapp.com when using a custom domain
As mentioned by @tenderapp http://twitter.com/tenderapp/status/1291573811, Tender will use the subdomain.tenderapp.com URL for accessing SSL-protected pages. I suggest Tender use some iframe hackery to set cookies for the subdomain when a user is logged in via the custom domain.

We CAN redirect you to the SSL pages with a special URL.. but i'm not sure that IFrame hackery is the intention of SSL (and it probably will throw big warnings up on the page).
Alternatively, you could try a straight proxy/proxypass reverse situation from your OWN servers so you can host your own SSL cert.
