Expose API to create support tickets programmatically
Related to this ticket https://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/suggestions/161-js-snippet-to-embed-a-getsatisfaction-or-uservoice-like-feedback-form-in-an-external-site, another option in the interim is for us to build a controller that will programmatically create the ticket.

Tenders API will come, it's on top of the list, but at this point in time it's not ready yet. It is set for our next major milestone release once we polish off the current state.
