Hey guys,

I really need some kind of Support Analytics / reporting tool so that we can make targeted improvements to support. I want to be able to look at trends and busy days as well as areas where support was heavy, to know what kind of staff to hire next, etc. Some support reporting tools that can take the meta stored in tender and display it in a way that will be useful to improving customer support.

Can you provide this, is it in the works? A time line would be appreciated if so. It is something I think a lot of people will find very useful.

Cheers guys, Mike Rochon Customer support manager for Shopify

Right now we don't have a way for it to be tracked throughout your Tender account. You can add custom javascript to your Welcome text field in your settings, allowing you to track the very general statistics of the index that are coming in. We hope to provide some built in analytics tools in the near future, and maybe even some custom options for users who want to use their own Google accounts, etc.

Not sure what Will is talking about up there :)

We do have plans to build out reporting tools, but can't give you a timeframe. It's definitely something I want to move towards, but there's a few other features in line before it.
