Forward from Tender
Something that we really need is a "Forward from Tender" ability that would take a Tender thread and forward the whole thing as an e-mail to any specified address(es). Not everyone at our company has a Tender account nor should they as they don't handle day-to-day support requests, but when a sales request comes in via support and the like we need the ability to forward it out of Tender and into other e-mail inboxes and systems such as Highrise.

Yup, that's on the roadmap, probably after we finish the stuff we're wrapping up right now (private sites, better search, highrise integration).

Agreed, this feature would be extremely helpful.
