Synchronize with multiple projects.
While we internally have multiple logical projects - support is isolated to a single resource. I'd like to create tickets in LH for different projects based on the actual support incident. Right now I have to store all tickets in one giant master project so that I can assign tickets :(.

It's coming, but it's not that urgent for us right now. It requires a huge change to the way we store your project settings.

I'd also like this feature. Our helpdesk supports multiple projects so it makes sense to allow tender to create tickets in any project.
