Hello,
I would like to ask about/suggest having a way to mark priority on KB articles. We have many articles on our site and while we are working to increase the number of keywords, some articles seem to pop up all the time when they are really irrelevant. What I would like is to have a way to mark an article as High, Normal, or Low priority or some other ranking. Basically I want to mark all of our "here is what was in update x.y.z" articles as low priority so that they are only given as a suggestion as a last resort. The high priority articles would be set for current issues that we are seeing like "current issues with iOS7" which should be showing up for many more customers. Every other article would then be marked as Normal.
This is really just an enhancement to the keyword system for the KB.

Cheers,
Jeremy

    Hey Jeremy,

This is an interesting idea. I'll discuss it with Courtenay tomorrow.

    Hey Jeremy,

Keywords have the heaviest weight in a KB search, followed by title and body. So you can easily influence search results with just keywords. Do you think that would work? If not can you describe in more details the type of queries you're getting and the results you'd like to push so I get a better idea of how we can influence the results to help you.

    Thanks!
