This is a really common prefix added by Outlook when replying to emails. There's really no need to keep it in the discussion log.

I'm going to be changing the parser completely so that it doesn't hide anything. The problem is that some mail clients do weird things, and things get hidden that shouldn't be. We're going to convert to something like what gmail uses, where certain regions are hidden and viewable through a toggle link. Then we can be more aggressive in hiding certain common areas, while being sure that the support team can still see the raw message if they need to.
