Custom branding, custom domains, and cost

I did the research and decided to go with your product as $19 seemed to be just about justifiable for my usage.

So, having invested some time setting things up, I noticed that setting a custom domain tips you over into the Plus plan category. There wasn't any indication before doing so that that would be the case. It kind of gave me a sour feeling as now I want the domain but can't afford to spend an extra $30/m just on that! Being a bit more upfront would have helped (hence me categorising this as 'suggestion').

What would be MUCH better is if you had the option for smaller players to have a custom domain without it breaking the bank! I'd perhaps consider an extra $5... what do you say? Deal? Please?

I'm sorry. Tender is still a very young service and we are unable to change our pricing structure or plan system at this point. In a way, we are also a small player and it takes a great deal of effort to keep refining Tender Support.

We also price extremely competitively in comparison to other similar services.
