suggestion
hi just started using the app to centralize our unorganised
support process. First thing i noticed is the time stamps, as we
are based in Australia would be good to have AU timezone
applied.
looks to be a great app, will continue installing/customising

Hey Kym,
So long as your browser (normally inherited from your OS) is set to the correct timezone, the timestamps should be in your local time. It does require Javascript for this to take place, otherwise you will get UTC unformatted timestamps.
