Ping other support staff
Hey guys,
We recently started using Tender for support at OpenFeint, and it's really helping us get our customer support under control. Often times I'll look at a support issue, and while I'm not equipped to handle it myself, I know who is. It would be great if I was able to ping other support staff, just saying 'hey check out this thread' and maybe be able to send them a private note.

We've actually been working on a way to post private notes (supporter-only comments), and I think we'll end up rolling in adding people as watchers (pinging them) in the same rollout.
I can't tell you for sure when this is going to happen, but my guess is in the next month or two. Keep an eye on http://hoth.entp.com and the changelog for when this goes live.
