Ave response time metrics

This is a very cool dashboard feature. I would also like to see it when I view a queue so I know what our response time is for just those tickets in that particular queue. Keep up the great work - thanks.

    Thanks! More detailed statistics are definitely in the pipeline, but will be a pretty big undertaking, so it may be some ways off.
