themes
There is option for us to customize Css. But we don't have
professional skill to create a good one.
So it will be great if we can download pre-made CSS or open a forum
for customers to share themes(CSS).

We can setup a forum for it, but most of the custom sites we've seen have been branded and are not appropriate for theming. Themes are possible, but not planned at the moment.
