"show all discussion initiated by this user"
Hi,
I have a couple of customers that initiate discussions again and
again.
To better know who I am dealing with, it would love to see a little
button right next to the user that takes me straight to all the
discussions this user has initiated.
Right now,
- I have to copy his email address,
- paste it into the search field,
- click search,
- realize that the thing defaults to Knowledge Base,
- switch to Users,
- realize that what I just entered as text vanished,
- paste it again,
- get to the Users search result and
- then click on Find Discussions.
I know, this may not be the quickest way to achieve what I want, but I have found myself taking it a couple of times (cursing silently).
As I said, I would love to see this improved!
Thanks!

Yes, this would be great. Another app I use says under the username "[Username] has contacted you X times over. View all discussions.
Would be great if this could happen on Tender also.

Thanks for the suggestion. We've brought this up internally before and definitely want to create a page like this, but we haven't fit it into our schedule quite yet.

Great. Thanks for listening.

+1 on this. This is particularly important when a customer requests a refund, as the agent will want to quickly reconstruct the user's history to see what let the customer to this state.

Came across this while scrubbing old tickets. We mentioned that we had a fix for this in #179. So I'm sorry this discussion was left out of the good news. However, (spoiler alert), if you read the linked thread, you'll notice there's a caching bug with it. We'll be posting a fix tomorrow most likely (this week for sure).
