Need Viewing and sorting options in Dashboard
When I view discussions in a queue, I get options at the top of
this list
Show Disucssions [ ] new [ ] open [ ]ticketed [ ] resolved and a
pop up for a sort order.
However, these options are not available on the dashboard and the by State options and this makes these lists much more difficult to use effectively. Infact because the dashboard will only show a limited number of discussion and with no options to sort and select states to show, it makes the dashboard dashboard impossible to use effectively because items will too easily fall off the dashboard and be forgotten.
PLEASE add viewing and sorting options to all screens that have list views.
