Average response time...

...should also include currently unanswered tickets, don't you think? That is, the difference between their creation time and now() should also be a term in the sum used to calculate the average.

    Hey Ben, I believe it does take these into account.

    We'll probably continue tweaking the way this works, as well as giving you
    some better metrics, as time goes on.
