The Lighthouse Bug Filer notification uses the admin who filed it as the sender

So when you submit a bug via the lighthouse api the user gets a somewhat ugly message with the user of "system" as a bug-filer. I'm hoping that in the future the user who sent the bug request will be shown on there, instead of the generic "system" which is Big Brother esque and not as human as we'd like.... not that we're human.

Awesome product you got here.

Thanks. It's kind of a weird thing to implement though. You're basically asking for a way to spoof your ticket updates as another user :) We currently set it to a 'robot' LH account named Wall-E, which I agree isn't optimal. We're discussing how we can add a lot of flexibility to the ticket integration system, but some of it will come at the cost of the simplicity of the current form. So, I apologize for how simplistic it is... we have big plans for ticket integration though.

I'm looking more for a way that the person who submitted the ticket to lighthouse gets credited with submitting the ticket. Does that make sense?

I don't even know if I'm speaking English anymore.

Thanks for an incredible piece of software.

Yes, it makes sense. The current limitation is there is only one set of credentials for the whole site. To support this would require everyone to setup their own individual credentials. This is part of the plan for our big update to ticket integration. We don't have a good estimate for when you can expect this feature at this time though.
