3rd Party Ticketing Integration
The Lighthouse integration is excellent as it shows the users that their words mean something — action is being taken. However we don't use Lighthouse (we use Unfuddled). It would be great if we were able to integrate with our ticketing system.

We definitely want to open up integration to other tools for Tender, but at this stage Tender is our main focus so adopting cross integration outside of our own products hasn't become a priority just yet. Hopefully soon though.
We do highly encourage users to take a look at the API and help adopt integration with other products wherever possible -- https://help.tenderapp.com/faqs/api

thanks will... looked over the api and couldn't find the right page with details about "linking" a ticket to an specific discussion.
If you can provide more details on that, that would be great. we are totally fine using an api to hook with Unfudded.

Is support for Unfuddle a project that has been started or is it still in the consideration phase?

We'll likely add it at some point. The order in which we add services
mainly comes down to customer demand, and this is the first Unfuddle
request. I'd like to have some sort of open source component though,
so people can help us add more. We have very little collective
experience with most of these other ticket trackers.

I think it is the second, since that is how I found this thread. :-)
Completely understandable that you are focused on your product (Lighthouse). We are on Unfuddle right now and would consider going to Lighthouse. I was just in the Lighthouse area though and I'm not seeing any good information on importing or migrating. We have pretty extensive history in Unfuddle across more than several projects. If it were easy to move all that over, I think it would be a much simpler decision.

We used to use Lighthouse, however changed to Unfuddled because it has Git repository integration and other features that we find useful. The other features are not deal-breakers but the Git repository integration is.
