Integrating with bug database via email
Would it be possible to connect tickets to bug database items via email commands? Something like:
# internal
# bug 1234
# bug 5678
I didn't find the command for bug association in the official email command list.
Our supporter staff loves to use Tender via email and they do not want to fire up the webpage.

It's not something that can be done now, but what bug tracker are you using? If we did implement this down the road we'd likely begin with our own app, Lighthouse.
