I think it would be nice to be able to set in a user profile a desired 'default page' in admin... for example, I would like to be shown ALL 'Pending' issued when I go to admin by default, and another user may wish to be shown tickets in their 'queue' by default, etc....

Is this something you might consider adding as an option, or should I just bookmark the page? :)

    I think a bookmark is appropriate in this case. It's not out of the realm of possibility, but it's not exactly a highly requested feature.
