Multiple Lighthouse Projects in one account
The one thing that is preventing Tender from being essential for me is the fact that only one Lighthouse account can be linked to an account. This is fine if each product you have is seen as a separate entity, but if like me you have a single company website for all your products then you are likely to have a single support email address for them as well.
As I have 3 (soon to be 4) applications, each with their own Lighthouse project, and one email address, only being able to access one project simply turns Tender into a web based replacement for Mail.app for me. I think the combination of Lighthouse and Tender could appeal to a lot of small developers put requiring multiple accounts and email address for each product they have would be putting too much set up into the hands of users and taking away some flexibility of how they deal with their customers.
Anyway, that's my "I'd buy this if you added this feature" rant ;) Hopefully others will agree about this.

What Pilky said. I'd love to use this as my support system, but it seems tailored to single-function Web application services rather than software companies with multiple products under a single brand/identity.

I totally agree! I don't personally use lighthouse (yet?) but if there isn't a way to have multiple projects to support, it'll be a deal-breaker for me!

We're adding this (it was discussed in another tender thread). It's pretty important to me personally. I envision a time when I can attach a Tender issue to my Lighthouse, or to my hosting company's support system, or a contact's Highrise todo list. So don't worry, we'll definitely be adding multiple lighthouse projects for a single Tender site :)

Nope, we're focusing on finishing up queues and the general stability of the app at the moment. Oh yea, and billing discount systems :)
