Feature Request: Automatically pull browser info
There are lots of times when it would help if we could get info about the browser the user is on when they submit a ticket. Would it be possible for you to integrate something like http://supportdetails.com/ and have that info attached to the ticket when it is submitted? That would be awesome.

I put in my own request for a similar feature and used http://supportdetails.com as an example as well! I'll pass this along to the team. Would be an awesome feature for those of us dealing with web based apps.

Did this feature ever get integrated?

I'm sorry, Tender doesn't offer such a feature yet.

Yes, absolutely! This is part of what I was getting at with https://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/suggestions/369-additional-s... (I guess the find-similar-topics thing didn't find this one!)

We are currently storing the user-agent per comment, I will add that to the 'edit' comment view today.

This has been deployed. If you click on the 'edit' link for any comment it lists the Browser Version and OS.
