Add Support for Screenr Business

Hi,

Any thoughts of adding support for screenr business or a screen capturing system? We would love something like that for our implementation and support customers to send us video of the problems they are having.

I would love to turn on the feature and when the customer starts a discussion, if enabled they could see a button to launch a screen capture. When we see the discussion on the other end we could see the link to the video in the stream.

They currently have some integration for our bug system and I see they have something for zendesk.

   Hi Jerry,

   I took a look at their site, and it seems to me that they are the one who would need to integrate with us, as they are the one creating the tickets in the support system. I'll contact them to see how that works and will get back to you in a bit.

   I noticed that they have an email integration, so you could just send those emails to Tender too. That should work pretty well.

   Yep, looks pretty neat. I did add it to our front page of our site, I like the idea of just one point to start a discussion but two can due for now. :)

   Seems to work pretty well via email in to Tender. We are going to give it a try and see how the flow goes.
