Macros
Are there any macros that I can setup? Like I could when I had ZenDesk? For example a macro would set the ticket status, and update the comment.

We have email commands for updating discussion attributes. Macros for
updating Lighthouse tickets are a possibility -- but not a single soul
has asked for them.

Rick, zendesk refers to customer issues as "tickets".
OP, you can set state, notify people, and assign to queues from within
your email. See
