set limits for number of discussions per user

It would be really nice if we were able to set some limits for the number of times a user can create a discussion. I realize this would be difficult with public discussions unless you limit it per email address or something.

    We're considering selling varying levels of support. Basically, with our limited human resources, it's easier to plan to manage x number of discussions/tickets per month per user for example.

    Ahh. You could use webhooks for each comment that checks the poster's
    discussion balance. Then you can hide the discussion if their balance
    is overdue.

    I just realized we don't have per-comment hiding actions available in
    the API yet. If this is something you're interested in, I'll add it.
