Hi there,

Something that would be very useful would be private Knowledge Base articles which could be made available to users of a particular company. This is essential for anything integrated into private systems which can't be made public.

Thanks Will. I should have made the request public, in hindsight.

Cool. I've marked it as public.

I second this -- I'd love to combine my public and internal KB articles into one system so support staff only needs to look in one place!

Agreed! My company is growing (thanks to Tender) and I'd love to leverage the FAQ tool for internal conversations as well.

Btw, I'd recommend charging more for this feature (more than the lowest price plan).

    Thanks

Definitely interested in private KB articles, for the same reasons Christensen mentioned. Keeping the internal and public KB articles in one place.

We also work as a marketplace, so we'd like to have KB articles that only our partners can see as opposed to KB articles the general public (who use our partner services) can see.

    I hope this happens soon!
