website widget/two suggestions for the less technical among our users

One of our non technical users had the following two suggestions (which I whole heartedly agree with) when using the website widget:

1) The spambot detector question : --I didn't know what it was for. Perhaps a line like "prove you're a human" would make it clear why I need to answer the question. Otherwise it's a bit random.

2) After writing a suggestion, when I'm ready to send it, the button I'm supposed to click says "create." Once I've written my suggestion, I feel that I've already created something and am looking for a button that says something like "send" or "submit" Upon seeing the "create" button I didn't intuitively know that I was supposed to use that to send my suggestion. I thought maybe it was to create something else, which didn't make sense.

Ok that's it. I'm going to send this now, by hitting the "create" button. :)

Oh, thanks so much for the input. We're definitely open to this sort
of feedback and in fact are currently working on this part of the
    form.
