I am finding a few unnecessary and inconsistent interface elements through out tender making it a bit confusing - sorry if this is completely unwarranted, but i'd like to make some suggestions.

1. The 'Admin' link in the #superheader would make more sense to be grouped next to the 'Logged in as...' links. It would probably also make more sense if it was called 'Dashboard' to be consistent with the Dashboard link in the #adminbar (since they link to the same thing).

2. I don't see the need for the 'Discussions' link in the #adminbar - since it's already accessible via the #dashboard-admin-nav 'Inbox' link. If it is to remain it should be at least called 'Inbox' to match up (since they link to the same thing).

3. 'Extras' and 'Billing' links in the #adminbar could be side links within the 'Site Settings' section since they are rarely utilised..

4. 'Customise Organisation' could also be shown in the 'Site Settings' section - as I don't think it would be utilised continuously.

Again, sorry for the intrusion, feel free to file under /dev/null. :-)
