Report of Searched Items
Tender Folks:
Just wanted to again say how wonderful your product is. One feature I thought I'd suggest is a report of keywords that users have searched for. We had this in our old help system (that we built ourselves) and it was probably the single most valuable feature in our system. Each day we reviewed what was being search for, then made sure there was a help article associated with it or made sure the article was stuffed with the appropriate keywords.
I'd love to see this in Tender! It'd help me so much in fine tuning my articles to make sure I'm able to follow my customers instead of me having to guess what they are asking.

Hey Rob. Thanks for the kind words. As always, we love getting feedback and suggestions. We actually have something along the lines of what you are asking. It's currently in the works still, but it shouldn't be too far off in the future. We have some heavier reporting features currently on the road map and while those are being flushed out we'll be adding some functionality to beef up the search system. Part of that includes tracking search keywords.
