Internal comments, command

We'd like to have the option to use internal comments trough email not only trough your GUI, i.e write # Internal in the email body and thus prevent the comment to be shown to the customer.

    We don't allow this because it's too easy to mis-spell and
    accidentally show your reply to the customer.

    I'm considering sneaking it in as an undocumented feature, and if your
    staff spell it wrong, that's their problem.

    Hi again, given that we make an outlook plugin with a "internal" button, could one then have a longer hash, one longer than what one would attempt to type, so they would use the button instead of attempting to type it at all.. could that be a possibility?
