Add a WYSIWYG Editor Option
I'm loving Tender and plan to replace ZenDesk with it.
My only issue is only having Markdown as an option. Hard to get non-techies on the markdown religion.
Why not bridge the gap an use a WYSIWYG Markdown editor like this one: http://wmd-editor.com/demo
