Forwarding attachments to Lighthouse (and e-mail?)
Hi,
So far I'm really happy with your product, I'm only missing one important thing. When you forward a ticket to Lighthouse, the attachments aren't included. Nine out of ten times this is a screenshot which is some pretty important information for the developer. Any chance that this feature is coming soon?
Also, when I get an email from the system because a new ticket was created by a customer (via mail), it doesn't include the attachment.

At the moment the Lighthouse email system does not support attachments. We've implemented full support into http://tenderapp.com for this, so it should be easy to port over when the time comes for that. It's not set for the near future, but it will be coming.
As far as outgoing email, it should be including a link to the attachment. We'll take a look at that.
