Sub-Sections in FAQ/Knowledgebase
Hey guys,
Sorry if this has been requested in the past, but I couldn't find any mention of it in a search. Anyway, I'd love to see the ability to create sub-sections for the Knowledgebase/FAQ. Ideally, we would like to create main sections for each of our products, then have sub-sections (general info, passwords, technical issues, etc.) under each product section. Any plans for something like this to be added in the future?

Hey Dustin. Thanks for the feedback. Right now, it's not on our roadmap for implementation in the near future. We have a few key updates coming, then after those I want to focus on adding additional functionality to the FAQ/KB system, first of which will be internal/private articles for staff, followed by some additional stuff.
I'll put your request on the list.
