easy add of common responses in tickets
howdy.
Big Tender fan here. Our company (Joomlashack) uses it every single day.
We've been getting a lot of similar questions lately from many of our customers, or there are often similar situations arise that call for the same exact response (such as an opportunity to upsell someone on another service if we notice they would benefit from it.)
Each of use keeps a collection of plain text files with responses that we need to give to people often, and we have them open so we can copy and paste them in to ticket responses in the proper location (usually surrounded by, or preceded by, other text in the response.)
It would be great to have a way to create and store common responses within Tender and be able to place your cursor in the text editor window, then click once on a menu item at the top of the text editor to access a drop down menu of commonly used responses.
Then, one click on the response name in the drop down inserts the entire commonly used response text right in the body of ticket that's being responded to in the text editor...right where your cursor is.
That would save us a bunch of time and many clicks whenever we need to drop in prepared responses that we use often.

Hey Forest. Canned responses are something we hope to add in the future. Your scenario is a perfect use case. We've been toying with some ideas but we have a few items on the road map before we we get to focus on this.
