Canned replies
As much as I hate copy/paste replies from time to time I find I need em. Especially for "you have the wrong address" and "that's a known issue". I have a chrome extension that adds these for me but I can't run that on my iPad so consider this on official request. Added bonus, this would allow all staff access to the replies instead of them being only on my computer.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac
