Two suggestions

Hi Guys,

I'm still lovin' Tender! Keep up the great work.

I have two suggestions, but I understand if you can't implement them since you probably get many requests. Here goes:

  1. Auto-refresh - I would like to see both of my Tender accounts automatically refresh the numbers for Inbox and Open Issues. This way I could leave Tender open in my browser and peek in from time to time. And giving the user a way to set the refresh rate (e.g., every ten minutes) would be great.

  2. Predefined Replies - I used to use Kayako (not nearly as good as Tender) and they provided a way to set some predefined replies. I often type the same text for subscription cancellations and the like, so having these would speed up my workflow.

Thanks for your consideration.

Steve

Awesome! BTW, do you guys develop in Ruby on Rails? If yes, would you
have any good book or tutorial recommendations?

    Thanks,
    Steve

We are a Ruby on Rails shop.

With Rails 3 JUST released, the level of book selection is pretty slim for Rails stuff. http://railstutorial.org/chapters/beginning is a good beginners starting ground and is kept very up-to-date. There will be a lot of books coming out in the next few months though.
