Hey gang,

Tender's new Reporting feature is fantastic -- wondering if you could add CSV export for each view?

For example, when looking at Discussion Flow for August, it'd be nice to be able to download a CSV with date, open, resolved, assigned -- that way I could more easily bring the data into other apps (like Excel), and mix/mash with other things.

Thanks,
-E

Hey Eric. We have a CSV export with the core data for the response time area, but you can break down a lot of what you want running your own stuff in the spreadsheet.

    It's on https://rdio.tenderapp.com/dashboard/reporting/times

We have an example spreadsheet with graphs and breakdowns of the data and instructions that we're currently writing up, but it has a series of graphs and that is what we're basically using to build the other views.

    Hey Will,

Thanks for the quick reply -- this is 404ing on me:

Humm. It looks like the week and month works on your account, but the full year is spitting back a 404.

    We'll take a look.

    Eric -

It looks like https://rdio.tenderapp.com/dashboard/reporting/times?end=20100831&a... is working alright now.

Let us know if you're still having problems accessing the CSV export feature of reports.

    Thanks for your patience,
    Nicole
