Comment & Resolve
Hi,
Can you add a Comment & Resolve button to resolved issues?
Sometimes, we just want to respond to someone and keep the ticket resolved.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hey Nash. I'll see what we can do. There has been a number of mixed feelings from various users and our own about how that should function.
