Under Consideration State
Our users use tender to submit feature requests. If we leave these suggestions unresolved, they show up in our open issues queue and are not cleared out until a feature is implemented (or forever, if the feature is not implemented). If we mark the feature request as resolved, it appears as though we've either added the feature or shut down communication on that topic.
I'd love to see a "Under Consideration" state for suggestions. I'd also be open to hearing ideas about how other Tender users are handling these types of tickets.
Thanks!
Rachel

Our bigger sites close them. Although that prevents other users from chiming in. We haven't really figured out exactly how we want to handle this. We can't add a new way then take it away when it does work, or keep swapping it out. For the most part though, it's a matter of triage and how picky you are about states. The only discussions important to me in my workflow are those I queue to follow back up with, and those that are pending a response from our support team.
