Display of Initial Response Times for un-responded to discussions in Response Time report
It would be helpful in gauging how our responses are going if in the "Response Time" report it gave a running total of how long the discussion has been waiting for an initial response if there has not been a response yet.
Right now the "Initial Response" field is blank, but I would find it immensely helpful if it contained how long the discussion has been waiting so far so I don't have to do the math in my head. (It might make sense to have some sort of indicator or color for the ones that haven't been responded to yet).

Yeah, It's actually a different calculation and we don't currently track it in the UI. It's been discussed a few times as a metric we want to add, but it's also one of the trickier things because it's not really the same thing as response time to many.

It's sort of not the same thing, but it's also the "best case" for that discussions — if you use now, you know it will at least be that bad.
