Sort by discussion size

Hi, I was wondering if it's currently possible (or can be made possible in a future update) to sort the discussions by size - we're getting to the top of our storage space limit and it would be great to be able to delete those resolved discussions which have big files attached.

Even if there was the provision to be able to list all the discussions which contain an attachment in the search field, that would make it a lot easier to go through than all of our discussions.

Thanks, Alana

Hey Alana. We don't currently have a file manager or way to sort discussions by attachment sizes.

I'll file a ticket and see if it's possible to get you at attachment list with discussion links, but even if they can do it it will take some time.

    Hi Will,

Thanks for your reply. I understand it can take some time to implement such a feature, and hope it is possible in the not too distant future.

As another suggestion - I'm now deleting chunks of old discussions to reduce how much storage we're using on our account - could an 'Empty Trash' feature be added?

Currently, once I've deleted old discussions from the Resolved Issues folder, they obviously go into the Trash folder. But I then have to delete each of the separate comments from the deleted discussions in batches on 30 on each page, of which we have many pages of deleted comments and it's taking quite some time to delete them all!

An easier/quicker way to delete all comments or discussions in the Trash would be much appreciated.

    Thanks, Alana
