Per-user settings for push notifications (notifo, etc)
I would really like to be able to specify webhook notifications for my user to notify me instead of email in my preferences.
Notifo looks like it's doing a good job with fielding those requests, but there isn't a way to have it fire only for events relevant to my user. The current webhook settings in an account are across all events for all users.

That's a pretty cool idea. I've marked the request for Zack to review with me after the Admin 2.0 push.
