I read this discussion but I still think the search results should have a user defined sort order. It's very difficult to find discussions at times.

For example, after I just finish answering a discussion, I sometimes need to find it again. Search results tend to be all over the place when all I want is the newest discussion. Our customers have reported more than once that the search could be more helpful. Thanks.

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the suggestion. I agree that search could be more useful, We have a number of features we are working on in that regard. However, I wouldn't recommend using search to find your recent discussions. It is much easier to do this by clicking your user name in the top right corner. That will take you to a view of your most recently replied discussions.

    Hope this helps,

    Hi Hobson,

Thanks for the feedback. I've used that technique a few times to review my posts but it seemed like some were missing. I have no evidence of this right now so feel free to see it as a loose nut between the seat and the keyboard.

I look forward to your future enhancements.

    Peace,
