Want easy way to add Support Staff members to a Discussion

Hi,
I am a happy tenderapp user ( http://support.ideascale.com ) ... who has one really big pain point:

When I've been assigned a discussion to work on via a Queue & I realize that other Support Staff members should be watching/notified of the discussion - there is no easy way at all to add those members without typing or pasting their full email address.

If I am part of the Support Staff it would be extremely handy to see a list of other Support Staff in the "X person watching" > "Others" > Notify block on the upper-right of the discussion screen (see screenshot). I'd like a fast way to notify other support staff of an issue.

I'm guessing since whoever will read this support ticket is "eating your own dogfood" you'll know what I mean.

Any chance you could add this feature?
Thanks,
Jeremy Przasnyski

BTW - Assigning to a Support Staff member via a custom Queue doesn't make sense since the item is already assigned to me. What I want to do is just add the other support staff members as people 'watching' the discussion so they can participate in resolving the issue, etc.

Hey Jeremy, thanks for the suggestion. We also want to make adding
watchers send a summary of the discussion to which they're being
    added.
