Ownership

Hi, we love using Tender. However, we would really like for discussions to have "Owners". Right now you can use queues to simulate ownership, but they're a bit clunky for that as changing ownership becomes a multi-step process. Do you plan on implementing any sort of ownership feature? Or is that more for a ticketing application light Lighthouse?

    Hey Aaron. We do not have plans for an ownership feature. Tender isn't designed for that type of workflow. Queues are a perfect bypass for many, and Lighthouse integration take the workflow to the next level for those who need it. But the support workflow is designed to be flexible.
