I think it's awfully confusing that the numbers represented on the left side queues don't actually represent the number of tickets inside the queue. At a glance, it makes the queue owner think there are less tickets to work with than they actually have. Can you share the reasoning behind the queue numbers?
Thanks@

The fact that the numbers changed confused a lot of people, because they represented the sort filters, which was toggled a lot while using Tender. The counter is now set to all pending discussions in that queue.

I think this alternative is just as confusing - queues and states are two different things - the queue list should represent the number of tickets in that queue, not the number of tickets in a certain state in a queue. If I wanted this number, I would simply create a queue that was something like "Rachel's Pending tickets".
Another support ticket here (https://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/problems/2658-problems-with-...) indicated that this was up for examination, and a ticket was filed for fixing this. Has that changed?

It doesn't show the closed count. It shows all Open discussions in the queue. We've made adjustments that are about to be rolled out that will display all open + ticketed (if you are using Lighthouse integration).
Displaying closed in the queue counter in the sidebar as an option is what was throwing users off the most.

Hi Will,
Open + ticketed is what I'm looking for. Thanks.
