Hi,

I'm currently researching TenderApp as a full-fledged support app for my company. One of the things that is currently missing from TenderApp is the ability to make Knowledge Base articles "private" - this functionality would allow us to create call center solution checklists not visible to public searches.

And why the 50 user cap on the support users? We're probably going to need a lot more then that.

Thank you!

Hey Cody. We can do a custom size account upon request. Right now, we do not have a private knowledge base option. It is something we're tossing around ideas on though, but development on such a feature has yet to be decided.

Hey Will, thanks for the speedy contact! As for the private knowledge base, IDK if its a big issue either - I'm actually more for the idea of having "For Agents" headers in the knowledge base. That way, support services update (and are encouraged to, since they'll be using it as their own reference) the public knowledge base.

I've been testing out this service all day, and I'd like to say I'm very impressed with the quality of your product! It's like the Holy Grail of web support :)
