Not able to see all of my tickets..
Just experienced this problem as a user submitting a ticket through your system, as well as experiencing a lot of our own users who have the same problem with tenderapp..

Thanks for the feedback. Unread means you, as the user, have not read the discussion since it was last updated. The last update could be a comment, could be the issue was closed (hence the resolved discussions being in that group).
I'll speak with the team and see what kind of solution we can come up with. Unread is a simple way to focus in our the issues needing your response, attention but I understand what you are saying about missing existing discussions. I'm not sure if changing the UI or educating our users better on what the user profile inbox is meant to do is the solution.
