Revision History for Knowledge Base Articles, redux

Why isn't there a UI for this yet? This is definitely not a
'nice-to-have' as suggested in that article. This should be very
top of the priority list for any content management type system
which the knowledge base is. Ridiculous that someone can completely
change an article and not be able to get back what was
lost.

This is in process, actually, and is in one of our next milestones. We
don't have a timeline for it, but we definitely feel the same pain you
do, and have been giving careful consideration to how it will work.
