Internal reply by e-mail
We're new to Tender, but our support staff loves the reply by e-mail function. It would be even more helpful if we could do internal replies this way, maybe with an #internal tag or something similar. (At least one of our folks has already made the mistake of replying to an internal support staff comment by e-mail and finding it visible to the requester.)

Hey Sarah. Thanks for the feedback. As it stands this isn't possible. We may add it in the future, but we are a little hesitant because of the possibility of a typo or something int he tag and potentially publicly posting an internal comment. That's why there is a big warning in the current email saying all replies are public to the discussion.
